Terms of Service

By using the NeoCrime bot on the company's Discord server, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the functions of the NeoCrime (CrimeADMIN) bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot") on the Discord server, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any point, please do not use the Bot's commands.

2. Description of Virtual Currency

The bot uses virtual currency CrimeCoin (CC) and Bonuses.

  • CrimeCoin and Bonuses have no real monetary value.
  • They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the VTC NeoCrime gaming environment.
  • All virtual currency transactions (transfers, purchases, winnings) are fictitious and intended solely for entertainment and in-game activity.

3. Prohibited Actions

You AGREE NOT TO use the Bot for the following purposes:

  • Exploits: Using bugs or flaws in the Bot to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., coin duplication, infinite casino attempts).
  • Cheating and Automation: Using scripts, macros, or other programs to automatically execute Bot commands.
  • Reselling: Attempting to sell virtual currency, roles, or other in-game benefits for real money or other forms of payment.
  • Harassment: Using commands like /pay with offensive comments, or abusing the report system to harass other players.
  • Bypassing Limits: Intentionally using multiple accounts to bypass transfer limits or daily rewards.

4. Administration and Punishment

VTC NeoCrime administration (roles: Administrator, Sponsor, Executive Staff) has the right to:

  • Verify any Bot transactions and actions.
  • Confiscate virtual currency (/take), bonuses, or roles in case of a violation of these Terms.
  • Block access to specific commands (e.g., /slot) or the Bot entirely for the violator.
  • Reject any applications for rewards (/profile) if they do not comply with internal VTC rules.

The administration's decision is final.

5. Disclaimer

  • The bot is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee its uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of virtual coins, experience, or other data due to technical failures, code errors, or force majeure circumstances.
  • The bot uses the Discord API. We are not responsible for the actions of Discord Inc.

6. Change of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced in the server's announcements channel. Continued use of the Bot after changes means your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Termination

The administration has the right to terminate your access to the Bot (block commands) at any time for violating these Terms or Discord server rules.

1. General Provisions

The bot is the property of the NeoCrime community. It is intended exclusively for internal use by VTC (Virtual Trucking Company) participants for organizing convoys, tracking activity, and role-playing (RPG).

2. Terms of Use

  • Data Accuracy: You agree to provide true data during registration (/link), including your Steam ID and TruckersHub profile. Using someone else's Steam ID is prohibited.
  • Prohibition of Exploits (Abuse): It is strictly prohibited to attempt to hack the bot, affect its database directly, or use bugs to gain an advantage (e.g., inflating mileage or currency). Using auto-clickers or scripts for /work or /gather commands will result in a ban.
  • Spam and Flood: It is prohibited to spam bot commands to create a load on the API.

3. Virtual Currency (Crime Coins / CC)

The bot uses an internal currency — Crime Coins (CC).

  • Warning: Crime Coins have no real monetary value. They are not cryptocurrency and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the NeoCrime gaming environment.
  • Any offers to sell or buy CC for real currency are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

4. Administration Rights

NeoCrime Administration reserves the right to, without prior notice:

  • Change currency balances, store prices, or rank calculation formulas.
  • Revoke currency obtained through a technical failure or fraud.
  • Delete convoy announcements created by users.
  • Restrict access to bot features for violators.

5. Disclaimer

  • The bot is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime as it depends on the Discord, Google, and TruckersHub APIs.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of game data (mileage, currency) due to hosting failures, attacks, or software update errors.
  • Data entry errors (incorrect Steam ID) may lead to incorrect statistics display. This is the user's responsibility.

6. Changes to Terms

The administration has the right to change this document at any time. Changes will be notified in a dedicated Discord channel.
