1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes what user data the NeoCrime (CrimeADMIN) bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot") collects, stores, and processes when you use it on the Discord platform.

2. What Data We Collect

To ensure the functioning of the game economy, level system, and administration, the Bot stores the following information:

• User IDs: Unique Discord digital identifier to link data (balance, level, inventory).
• Economy Data: Virtual currency balance (CrimeCoin), number of bonuses, experience (EXP), level, work streak (work_streak), total donated to the bank (donated).
• Activity Data: Message count (counter only, no content), time in voice channels (duration only), convoy participations, server join date.
• Application Data: Name, age, experience, and other info provided voluntarily during the VTC application process.
• Report Data: Report text, evidence (links), information about the violator and the reporter.
• Message Content: Limited and temporary. The Bot reads message content EXCLUSIVELY in one specific text channel designated for the counting game. Message content is NOT STORED in any database; it is used on-the-fly to verify the number and immediately deleted from memory. The Bot NEVER reads Direct Messages or messages in other channels.

3. What Data We DO NOT Collect

We DO NOT collect, store, or process:

• Full message history in any channels (except the single exception mentioned above).
• Passwords, email addresses (except when provided voluntarily in a stored application), phone numbers, or any other sensitive data.
• Connection data to other services (banks, social networks, etc.).

4. What the Data is Used For

All collected data is used exclusively for internal VTC NeoCrime purposes:

• Economy functioning (commands /work, /pay, /shop, /slot).
• Calculation of levels and rewards (/level).
• Hosting contests and in-game events.
• Moderation and report handling (/report).
• Maintaining player statistics (/stats).

5. Logging to Telegram

The bot may send limited logs of administration actions to a private Telegram channel. Logs include:

• Admin's name, ID, and actions (e.g., /give, /take, /bank_take).
• Amounts of transfers, grants, or fines.
• IDs of the users affected by the actions.
• Reasons for fines or bans.

Logs do not contain message history, private correspondence, or other sensitive user information. This data is necessary to prevent abuse of administrative functions.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

We DO NOT SELL and DO NOT TRANSFER your data to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. The only exception is logging to Telegram (Item 5), which is an internal security tool for the NeoCrime team.

7. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored as local .json files on the server where the Bot is hosted. No external database is used. VTC administrators take reasonable measures to protect these files from unauthorized access.

8. Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of all data relating to you. To do this, contact our support team via Discord or email. Your data will be deleted within 30 days. Data may be deleted automatically if you leave the NeoCrime server.
