This document establishes the rules for using the website of the virtual trucking company NeoCrime. By remaining on this site, viewing its content, or submitting an application to join, you automatically agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the resource.

2. Purpose of the Site

Our platform was created to:

  • Showcase NeoCrime's activities in the world of Euro Truck Simulator 2 (TruckersMP).
  • Provide a convenient tool for submitting recruiting applications for new drivers.
  • Share the achievements and news of our community.

3. Recruiting and Submitting Applications

Submitting an application to join (via integrated Google Forms or Discord) is a strictly voluntary action. Please note:

  • The mere fact of submitting an application does not guarantee your acceptance into the VTC ranks.
  • NeoCrime management reserves the right to reject a candidate without providing detailed reasons.
  • When filling out the form, you agree to provide accurate information (nicknames, age, etc.).

4. Rules of Conduct on the Platform

Users are allowed to: freely browse the site's materials, share links to us, and submit/withdraw their membership applications.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the site for fraud, spam, or any illegal activities.
  • Committing actions aimed at disrupting the technical stability of the site.
  • Providing deliberately false data during the recruiting process.

5. Limitation of Liability

NeoCrime is an unofficial fan community. We are in no way affiliated with SCS Software (developers of ETS2) or the official TruckersMP team. The site administration is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the resource or failures in third-party services (Discord, Google Forms).

6. Intellectual Property

The site's design, NeoCrime logo, texts, and original screenshots belong to the management of our VTC. The use of these materials on other resources is allowed only with the prior consent of the administration or with a mandatory active link to this site.

7. Changes to this Agreement

We may update these rules to improve the company's operations. Changes take effect immediately after being published on this page. We recommend checking this section periodically.
